Member of the board

Alex Dépraz is a lawyer who is partner at the law firm Novier Dépraz in Lausanne since 2010. His main fields include public law, health law and working law. He regularly advices public corporations as well as foundations and other clients.

He also teaches Introduction to Law at the University of Lausanne as a research fellow since 2012 and is lecturer for computerized legal research at the University of Geneva since 2013.
He obtained his law degree (1996) and his Ph.D. in law (2002) from the University of Lausanne.
He passed his bar exam in Canton de Vaud in 2002 after a tenure of 2 years in a law firm.
He then worked between 2002 and 2010 as a senior legal adviser for the State Government of Vaud.

Me Dépraz is a member and president since 2013 of the Commission for Patients Rights in the Canton de Vaud. He is a member of the Bar Association of Vaud (OAV) and of the Swiss Bar Association (FSA).
