Project Stewardship
EssentialMed acts like a film producer or an orchestra conductor by managing the different stakeholders that come into play during the life of a project, keeping in mind the big picture, the ultimate impact that we target. From the initial project idea to the measurement of change brought by each project, we provide support where and when needed, and we bring together the necessary partners.
We act as project stewards (rather than project managers), along five main topics that are common to all projects:
- Context and need assessment
- Creation of an alliance of necessary stakeholders
- Technology innovation
- Training and capacity building
- Sustainable deployment
We conduct different activities depending on each project, as required by our alliance partners, project progress, or market.
