Peter Baird has extensive experience in the medical products industry.

Mr. Baird served as a Principal at McKinsey & Company, where he was one of the leaders of the private-equity and healthcare practices.

At McKinsey, he concentrated on serving healthcare clients on a wide range of strategic and transactional issues, with a particular focus on growth strategies and operational improvements for mid-sized medical device and pharmaceutical companies.

Mr. Baird graduated from Stanford Business School with an MBA with high distinction (Arjay Miller Scholar). He holds a Master of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Cape Town, and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and in Political Theory from Bates College.

Mr. Baird is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
